Ikhlas Kekal Sdn. Bhd. signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and UKM Pakarunding Sdn Bhd (UKMP) to develop and commercialize Sistem eP@UKM to ensure more efficient procurement governance as well as transparency in digital tender awarding.
On the 23rd of June 2022, MoA has been signed by the Vice Chancellor UKM, Profesor Dato' Ts. Dr. Ekhwan Hj. Toriman, Bendahari UKM, Mohd. Azli Mohd. Kasirun, Chief Executive Officer Ikhlas Kekal Sdn. Bhd. Badlisham Talhah and Pengurus Besar UKM Pakarunding Sdn. Bhd. Tuan Ts. Yuriny Adnan.

The opening ceremony of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) eProcurement system also known as eP@USIM has been completed successfully by the Vice Chancellor USIM, Prof. Dr. Ts. Sharifudin Md. Sharani.
eP@USIM is the one of the projects in achieving the objective of smart campus university. This system was develop by Ikhlas Kekal Sdn. Bhd. and has been fully utilized by USIM in the early of April 2022.

Jabatan Bendahari, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) dengan kerjasama Pusat Pengetahuan, Komunikasi dan Teknologi (PPKT) USM bersama Century Software (M) Sdn. Bhd. dan Ikhlas Kekal Sdn. Bhd. hari ini telah merealisasikan Sistem Maklumat Kewangan Universiti, Financial Information System USM (FIS@USM) bagi menggantikan sistem pengurusan kewangan (efas) yang sedia ada.
FIS@USM berperanan menghubungkan setiap aplikasi dan program yang dibangunkan secara ‘in-house’ dan ‘off-shelf’ yang mana setiap transaksi kewangan terlibat dan setiap data kewangan di pusat tanggungjawab (PTJ) USM akan dihubungkan terus kepadanya.
